Vedic Lifesciences is headquartered at Mumbai (Bombay), the commercial hub of India. Mumbai is not only the financial nerve center of the country but also is home to a majority of the country’s pharmaceutical sector with HQs and R&D centers situated here. Mumbai’s population of 12 Millions mostly middle class is served by a network of govt, city hospitals and private hospitals. The neighboring metropolitan areas of the state provide additional tertiary care centers with good (relatively drug naïve) patient pools. Mumbai serves as an excellent location for clinical research operation as it offers a large pool of GCP trained investigators and research facilities in addition to the patient pool. Mumbai is served by a busy International Airport and another is planned soon.
